Day 1:
ARRIVAL IN ROME
Arrival transfer from Rome airport to your hotel.
Overnight in Rome.
Day 2:
ROME
Breakfast at the hotel.
Enjoy a full day tour of the Eternal City – Rome, visiting the Colosseum , a giant amphitheatre used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles; the beautiful Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and the renowned Fontana di Trevi.
This afternoon, you have the option to enjoy a Trastevere Food Tour, a chance to discover the authentic Roman flavours: explore this ancient neighborhood indulging in food and wine tastings along the way at some of Rome’s most historic and locally loved places.
Overnight in Rome.
Day 3:
TRUFFLE AND PECORINO CHEESE
Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for the Montepulciano region, making a stop in the Orvieto area at a local farmhouse to enjoy a truffle and wine tastings.
After the tasting, depart for Pienza, a rare example of a Renaissance town, created by the Pope “Pio II” in the 15th. Century, which still represents the perfect model of life, enjoying beautiful panoramas over looking the Orcia valley from the terrace. Pienza is world famous for its “Pecorino” Cheese, thus visiting a local cheese producer and Pienza cheese tasting as your next stop.

Day 4:
SIENA + CHIANTI REGION
Breakfast at the hotel.
Today, depart for Florence.
En-route, stop for a visit to stunning Siena, a mysterious city situated on the summit of three hills. Its narrow, winding streets are part of its charm. The Cathedral, with its splendid façade in multi-coloured marble; Piazza del Campo as the heart of the city, with a unique shell-like shape, the Gaia Fountain, the Public Palace – a masterpiece of gothic civil architecture, with the remarkable Mangia Tower.
Traveling via the Chianti region, suggestive area of Tuscany, known all over the world for its wine and its countryside of unrivaled charm, where woods alternate with vineyards and olive groves, in a landscape dotted with Romanesque churches, farmhouses, villas and castles of rare beauty.
Visit of a wine cellar followed by local wine tasting.
Overnight in Florence area.
Day 5:
FLORENCE
Breakfast at the hotel.
Full day in Florence: discover Seigniory Square, the exquisite Loggia dei Lanzi and its magnificent sculptures. The splendid Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, with the façade decorated with marble, the bell tower, the Baptistery and its famed Paradise gate. This is followed by Ponte Vecchio, the covered bridge, which is renowned for its many jewellery shops.
Afternoon at leisure.
Don’t miss the chance to savor the local ‘Fiorentina’, the Italian T-Bone steak.

Day 6:
OLIVE OIL MILL + ITALIAN PASTA
Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart from Florence, heading towards Rome, make a stop at an olive oil mill.
You will learn about how the olive is produced followed by an olive oil tasting.
You will also have the possibility to visit a pasta factory with it’s deli.
Overnight in Rome area.
Day 7:
DEPARTURE FROM ROME
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to Rome airport.
