LODGES & SPA
A tranquil space, the ultimate Winelands escape – built by master craftsmen and designed by the celebrated David Collins Studio, a stay in one of The Lodges is an unforgettable experience. At home in the landscape, welcome to a place where luxury, tranquillity and service combine.
Sleep soundly in oversized beds dressed with the finest linens; relax in marble bathrooms furnished with an indulgent array of beauty products and enjoy spacious dressing areas. Double height ceilings create welcoming light-filled interiors, decorated in neutral contemporary colours. Floor to ceiling windows open to reveal your private terrace and heated plunge pool.
The Owner’s Lodge
The most elegant retreat on the Estate, a stay at the Owner’s Lodge is an unrivalled experience. Guests choose to stay here for many reasons; to discover beautiful contemporary interiors, to get away from it all in unsurpassed surroundings, but most of all to enjoy pure, blissful escape.
The Owner’s Lodge offers the luxury of two Lodges combined into one indulgent escape. Revel in 130 square metres of space including two double en-suite bedrooms and dressing areas, a butler’s kitchen and a living room featuring a fireplace and complete with large dining area. Out to the terrace, enjoy a full-size heated pool overlooking manicured gardens and the Stellenbosch Valley.

Presidential Lodge
The most dramatic vista, taste and tranquillity blend seamlessly as one in the luxurious Presidential Lodge. A full-size pool and two oversized bedrooms sit either side of a spacious living area, every facet curated to showcase a most perfect escape. The spacious interiors all lead out to sweeping views across the Simonsberg mountain range and our Estate vineyards.
Guests of the contemporary Presidential Lodge enjoy 130 square metres of space, crafted with bespoke furniture, art, and floor to ceiling windows that open up each bedroom and living space to the outside dining terrace and full-size private heated pool. Indulge in the elegant Cape Winelands setting for time spent in complete luxury and seclusion.

Luxury Vineyard Lodge
Designed by French architect Pierre Bories, with interiors by the celebrated David Collins Studio, discover four Luxury Vineyard Lodges that are both private and luxurious. Each one an exclusive invitation to relax, enjoy and feel part of an extraordinary Winelands experience from the moment you step inside.
Opening to reveal expansive vineyard and mountain views, our Luxury Vineyard Lodges enjoy double-height ceilings, glass-fronted bedrooms and decks with private heated plunge pools. Experience the feeling of total seclusion and unparalleled levels of comfort.

Deluxe Garden Lodge
Created as a private sanctuary, this inviting and luxurious garden retreat for two people overlooks the flora and fauna of Delaire Estate, planted to be in bloom every day of the year. Privacy, serenity, and service – guests enjoy all of this and more at the Deluxe Garden Lodges.
Indigenous style complements elegant and contemporary interiors. Beautifully designed and sized with a welcoming 80 square metres of space, these Garden Lodges are made to feel at home in the landscape, with your own private terrace and heated plunge pool.

Indochine encapsulates an ethos of vitality, wellness and health. Open daily; menus are inspired by fresh, organic produce. Every plate comes bursting with authenticity and fresh produce handpicked daily from the greenhouse in Delaire’s beautiful natural setting.
The focus is to produce beautifully crafted food that reflects the best seasonal, ethically locally sourced ingredients. It’s a philosophy of which Delaire Graff is proud of. Freshly picked produce daily from the Estate’s greenhouse and vegetable gardens, committed to seasonal farming, supporting free-range, pasture-reared livestock and farmers in Africa.

Enjoy a moment on the Estate exclusively crafted for you. Bespoke private events at the Delaire Graff Estate are where exceptional dining, drinks receptions, celebrations and boutique conferences partner with our world-class hospitality.
Across the Estate, discover elegant places to serve beautifully crafted menus, wine-tastings, canapés and champagne that reflect every one of life’s special moments, for business and pleasure.
If required, up to twenty four guests can be accommodated at any one time for overnight stays (subject to availability). The Estate offers a total of ten Lodges: with garden-facing Deluxe Lodges and Luxury Lodges that overlook the vineyards. Up to four guests can stay in the two-bedroom Presidential and sumptuous Owner’s Lodges.

The combination of Maritime and mountain is a very unique terroir, and here in Stellenbosch it creates the award-winning Delaire Graff wines. A cooling Atlantic sea breeze washes over our steeply sloping vineyards giving us a rich intensity of fruit.
Delaire Graff wines rank among the most prestigious in the Southern Hemisphere. The unique terroir, on the crest of the panoramic Helshoogte Mountain Pass, is something Delaire’s ambitious winemaker explores harvest after harvest.
A long, slow ripening season ensures world-class clarets and red wines big in structure with soft tannins and elegance. The white wines capture the freshness of the harvest, while irresistible rosé and a sparkling Brut completes an elegantly balanced portfolio. Delaire Graff is proud to have achieved First Growth status in South Africa – reward for creating the country’s most desirable wines on first pressing.
Delaire Graff Estate sits on the slopes of the Botmaskop Mountain peak. Around 20 hectares of vineyards are planted with Bordeaux reds and Chardonnay pesticide-free grapes expertly tended by hand, which thrive in our special climate.
Delaire’s cutting edge 450-tonne gravity fed Estate winery is a celebration of both old and new. Once harvested, grapes receive great care on their journey from vine to glass to capture the natural flavours and intensity of South African sunshine.
The Wine Lounge
The Wine Lounge is Delaire’s welcoming art-filled tasting space and an elegant retreat in which to to relax over a glass of Delaire Graff wine. Lacquered floors lead out to floor to ceiling windows that frame our famous view. The perfect place to relax in summer is our outside terrace, or spend winter inside with a crackling fire.
